Partnering for Children – Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the National Hospice Foundation launched the Partnering for Children campaign; a campaign to raise awareness about and funding for the unique needs of children with life-treatening conditions and their families.
