When the LIVE campaign was first announced in January 2005, hospices, end-of-life coalitions and other organizations from across the country were invited to sign up to be a LIVE Founding Partner.  A heartfelt “thank you” goes to all the LIVE Founding Partners who believed in our message and supported our campaign from the beginning (for a list of LIVE Founding Partners, click here). 

Also, many people assisted with the development of the Toolkit and made the reality of the LIVE campaign possible.  The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast provided valuable resources that were edited and adapted for many of the resources in the Toolkit.  James Brooks, Melanie Merriman and Jeff Corbett also wrote specific sections of the Toolkit.
