It’s About How You LIVE – At Work is a program to help employers support employees who are:
- working caregivers
- experiencing grief and loss
- living with a serious illness
- facing other end-of-life decisions
Resources were created and are available to help employers ensure their workplace has supportive programs and materials. The LIVE – At Work resources can help your company:
- Recruit new and retain existing employees with supportive programs, resources and educational materials
- Provide added value to existing services for customers and clients

LIVE – At Work program was developed by Caring Connections, created from the original
LIVE campaign which encourages people to:
- LEARN – about options for support and care before a crisis
- IMPLEMENT – a plan for support and care
- VOICE – that plan to others
- ENGAGE – others to make plans
